Dear Owners,

We’re excited to share the latest progress taking place throughout the community. Since March, the development team has continued moving several important projects forward, with significant site work completed and more improvements currently underway.

A major portion of the remaining hillside on the left side of the road heading uphill has now been removed, and a robust retaining wall has been put in place. We were then able to complete the remaining RV lots along the creek, allowing us to make progress in two areas of the property at the same time.

Construction of the Upper Amenity Center building is also progressing well and is expected to be completed within the next several weeks.

The retaining wall at the corner has been completed, which you can see in the accompanying photo.

In addition, work is now underway on the community’s water system, which is currently being installed.

The next phases of development that are coming up are expected to include:

• Construction of the retaining wall on the opposite side of the creek, above the planned water feature.
• Construction of the water feature.
• Leveling and preparation of the upper amenity grounds for future improvements.
• Construction of a model cabin on the east side of the property.
• An additional cabin installation on the west side will be forthcoming.

There continues to be a great deal happening behind the scenes and throughout the property, and we’re pleased with the progress being made. We appreciate everyone’s continued enthusiasm as the community continues to take shape, and we look forward to sharing additional updates and photos as these projects move forward.
